This pottery class is an introduction to throwing on the wheel. Participants will learn the fundamental techniques of centering, pulling, shaping, trimming and glazing clay to create their own unique pieces. With hands-on guidance, participants will learn the basics of pottery in a relaxed and fun environment.

Triana, a passionate young potter, has been throwing on the wheel for three years, focusing on creating functional pottery. From the moment they first touched the wheel, a spark ignited, and since then, they've been on a relentless journey of learning and self-expression. Blending beauty and practicality, they craft everyday pieces like mugs and bowls that are both useful and artistically unique. Driven by a love for clay, Triana is constantly exploring new techniques and designs, making each creation a reflection of their dedication to the craft.
